For OUTREACH, along with HELPS, to continue and extend to the far reaches of the earth, the ministry cannot only look to one person or one group of persons. Consequently, TRAINING must be on-going. The mandate of TRAINING is to always have trained men and women who can take up the mantle of carrying the gospel, serving/helping, and being equipped for the work of the ministry. Training of families to recognize and utilize their God-given gifts and talents is of paramount importance to involve those gifts in Outreach and Helps to other souls. Consequently, much emphasis is placed on building families and providing godly models of families in ministry, through teaching and example of the leadership.
